All of the items on the menu will be especially home baked for your event. As well as preparing each recipe from scratch I only ever use butter, never margarine, the eggs used are always free range and the fresh fruit and other fresh produce is always organic or pesticide free. La Tea Da provides a menu of miniature cakes and treats as well as a selection of sandwiches and other savory items.
